Judge Anderson from Bayfield County is hearing the case, but the case is still considered an Iron County case. As such, the case will be tried in person at the Bayfield County Courthouse in Washburn, but the Iron County Courthouse in Hurley will also be open for people to view the proceedings. There will not be a virtual option.
