UW-Native Nations - Water is Life & Ecological Knowledge Convention

WATER IS LIFE

With the support of the Running Strong for American Indian Youth, DreamStarter grant.

Sheniah Reed will be giving wings to her dream to bring Native American Students and professionals and Natural Resource Management/Environmental Justice and Sustainability Students and professionals to come together in a place of learning and kinship. Water protectors, leaders in Indigenous advocacy and culture will present in the lens of Restorative Justice and a call to action!

Who should attend: Our Professional Networking Fair is open to all individuals, organizations, government departments and businesses that are doing work that relate to Indigenous wellness, sustainability, advocacy, natural resources, and revitalization. We also hope to support Native Students who will be looking to get involved in these initiatives and are looking for community within higher education.
